TouchMath
For over thirty years the innovative, multisensory,
TouchMath program has been quickly guiding students
through basic math concepts: counting, addition, subtraction,
multiplication, division, story problems, time, money,
fractions, and more. It is used internationally for
regular classrooms pre-K, Kindergarten, First, Second
and Third grades to provide a firm foundation for young
students, as well as Special Education and Intervention
Programs in classrooms K-12 to remediate math difficulties
for all students.
This dynamic, one-step-at-a-time TouchPoint approach
integrates all senses as students see, say, hear, and
touch math using only worksheets and a pencil.
Employing the use of pictorial objects and our exclusive
trademarked TouchPoints, we teach children to associate
numerals with their real value (number quantity). They
begin to understand that the numeral five is not a word
or a squiggle on a page; it represents something and
has meaning—a quantity of five ladybugs, buttons,
houses or TouchPoints. The easiest known way to help
youngsters develop this connection is to incorporate
numerals with actual quantities attached to the numeral
itself.
Each digit from 1 through 9 has TouchPoints corresponding
to the digit’s quantity. Numerals 1 through 5
use single TouchPoints, or dots. Numerals 6 through
9 use double TouchPoints symbolized by a dot inside
of a circle.

YOUTH BUSINESS CAMP
Concept: We will go to schools with
the youth program to teach their participants how to
start and operate their own business. Our focus is on
teaching sales techniques and creating joint ventures
to make it possible for young people to start a business
for under $100. Youth Business Camp
Background: Minority youth across
America are failing in school, and then move into an
overcrowded workforce with double digit unemployment.
Jobs are hard to come by and the minimum wage puts you
below the poverty wage. Starting a business is a good
alternative to the overcrowded job market.
Benefits: Our youth today tend to
view their role models as musical entertainers, professional
athletes, and street hustlers. This vision provides
children with the false idea that following those steps
is the only way to become financially stable.
Youth Business Camp will promote academic excellence
and instill entrepreneurial skills in the youth. This
will broaden their vision and supply them with the tools
they need to prosper now and in the future.
Youth Business Camp believes that teaching our youth
early will help them see the value in furthering their
education as well as in the need for them to progress
in school presently. Children will learn the value of
money, the value of hard work, and the enjoyment of
watching their passions grow into goals and their goals
into money.......learn

THE LEGAL JOURNEY CAMP
Concept: To guide children into learning
about the Criminal Justice system and the role that
Law plays in ones life.
Children will be guided to learning about the Criminal
Justice system and the role writing and or drawing about
the experience. Learning to articulate by reading and
learning about the various subject matters and by dancing
their way into their destiny by using the spoken word,
dance, reading and writing as a tool towards self-empowerment.
This concept can also tap into undiscovered talents.
Benefits: Learning in a multiple disciplined
structure as a tool to rediscover the world around them.
This can enable them to develop the necessary tools
to advance their world for life.......learn
